With wait lists at many year levels, Gippsland Grammar recommends that you apply for enrolment as early as possible and register any siblings at the same time. For key intakes, including Foundation and Year 7, the interview process commences up to 18 months prior to entry.
Prior to submitting an application for 2024, please reach out to our Enrolments Office as places are limited.
Enrolment interviews for Year 7 2025 will be conducted throughout the first half of 2024. For 2025 entry in all other year levels, candidates will be contacted approximately mid-2024.

Please submit all documentation together to the Head of Admissions via enrolments@gippslandgrammar.au
From 18 months prior to the enrolment year our Enrolments staff will contact the next family on the waitlist to progress with their application. If you indicated during the application process that you wish to make early payment of the Family Admission Fee, you will also be contacted with further information about this payment.
Our Enrolments Office will contact you prior to your child's commencement year to arrange an enrolment interview.
If the student’s application is successful, the School will forward a Letter of Offer to the family.
To accept the offer of place at Gippsland Grammar, the following must be submitted to the School
Your child's medical information and other admission documentation will need to be completed to prepare for commencement. Further communication will come from the Enrolments Office regarding any transition information.
