Not only did our students return happily to school this week, I’m pleased to report that our three hens have also settled back confidently after being well cared for by Maddie and Hannah Evans over the break. We appreciate their efforts.

Speaking of pets, this year we are most fortunate to welcome ‘Trina’ as our new campus dog. Trina is a retired guide dog who loves being around children and has already assisted in bringing a smile to some tentative faces on our first day of school. Trina belongs to the Marran family, whose daughter Cynthia has been through the ELC and is in Foundation this year.
